Your weekly raid availability (Tues/Thurs/Sun 8-12pm EST): I can make these times without any issues, my current work schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm.
What add-ons do you rely on most?
The most important ones to me are WeakAuras and ClassMonitor. BigWigs is very helpful as well.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
Most of what I do is trial and error, teaching myself how to do it and getting it right. If I have any concerns on min/maxing or what is BiS I will check Shadowcraft and sometimes look around MMO-Champ (mostly what not to do).
What previous raid experience do you have?
I really started raiding in BC. BC-Wotlk all raids done while current, except Sunwell, and including HMs/Hs, but not ICC/RS. I stopped raiding during ICC and continued in Cata during FL. I got back into raiding and prepared for DS. I completed 8/8H 25 DS and went back to do all the previous tiers as well. In MoP I have completed all content on heroic while current.
T14 completed US 28th 10 man - T15 completed US 14th 25 man.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Most recently I was in Entensity for T14 and left because I wanted to pursue a more serious raiding style. I was in Dread for T15 and left because I got a new job and could not handle the late nights and early mornings combination. They wanted to raid 7 days next tier and I didn't want to have to find a new guild mid tier. I am currently in Pandemonium, experimenting with casual weekend raiding, but leaving because it does not fit me and I would like to seek a more serious environment without the heavy schedule.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
As I mentioned, I am looking to raid seriously but without the large amount of hours. I feel SoA is a solid guild that has been around for years and has developed a solid stature and style.

I am a young guy who has been playing this game for years. It's the only game that I will dedicate a lot of time to and I have experienced a lot over the years. I am a really funny person with a great sense of humor. When it comes to raiding, and anything else to be taken seriously in this game, I like to focus and play well. Communication is a big factor in success and I have no problem being helpful with strategies or anything to do with reaching the guild's goals. Music is the most important thing to me so I'm always trying to share my selections with others, and if I'm not on WoW outside of work, I am probably playing my bass. Even though I haven't always had my Rogue as my main, I love it and no matter how it's performing I'll always have dedication towards it.
