deadly boss mods, azcastbars, class monitor, and bars for tracking cooldowns as well as weakauras

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
shadowcraft, and fourms written by top 100 in the world players as well as personal contacts i have with some of those players, and alot of personal testing.

What previous raid experience do you have?
currently 11/14H, i am currently an officer in the guild im in.

Vanilla: raid organizer, guild main tank (on warr) for world 6th guild... full cleared Naxx 40 etc etc long time ago and had no life LOL

BC: casually raided and finished the expansion got to twins in sunwell.

Wrath: raided top 200 guild and got world 2nd H 10 RS kill, and like 180-190ish for H25LK...

Cata: (worst expansion of all time, FL was decent), world 200 again in a different guild.

Took a break after DS H25 finished until mid/end of 5.3patch and started playing my rogue which was before only for pvp since BC raiding.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Hostile Work Environment (was an officer with Imavan which I know has been in your raid as recruit, we had issue with peoples attendance. Seems the current trend is for people to expect carries and not put out the work to learn content which is pathetic.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
You have stability, but stability and your guild history shows youve been together for along time at top end progression. Secondly, I like your raid times and if Imavan is accepted in id like to stay playing with friends Ive made cuz hes a cool guy and good player.

Myself mainly, then the people most similar to myself (ie others of same class), then to large scale community (server/US/World ranks)

I have been in more top end progession settings than prolly 95% of the current community. I understand how progression works and don't give up and throw a fit when I don't get loot. If a boss dies once it will die again, it only gets easier. I come prepared with knowledge to fights and can usually offer suggestive and helpful information to friends or raid members. One of the main things I think that sets me apart is my survivability % on boss fights. My DPS might be a percent of two behind top of the top end people but I never die. Dying is a waste to the group and a waste of time. I'm currently in college, not sure on what major. I also play Diablo3, Heroes of the Storm, Counter Strike GO, and Starcraft...umm not sure what else you are looking for in this section.

Hi mollywhop! A few things:

You are missing a screenshot of your UI. Could you add that to your app?

It's very hard to look at your performance because a lot of your logs are expired. However, from the logs I can see, your performance seems quite good. SnD uptime could be more consistent, but you are doing the right percentages of your damage in the right areas. Not much to complain about here.

Burst is shadow blades, engineering on gloves, etc (my 2min CDs), excluding adren rush, potions and killing spree since they shouldnt be macroed in like that.

My availability for WoD I am unsure my schedule since it is months away and once it gets closer ill know, but it is usually flexible to fix gaming in. But they estimated release Nov-Dec... I am saved this week was helping a friend since I wasn't sure how long my app would take to get seen by anyone until Imavan told me to app here. Ill be ready on Tuesday though on reset of my lockout. Were you going to do mumble interview or anything like that? If so when?

We don't really need to do a mumble interview. We can just cross realm for a few raids and that's usually the best indication of how you fit in. But if there is something specific you want to talk to us about we can work out something.
