What add-ons do you rely on most?
Powerauras screams at me a lot, so I'd say it.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
Elitistjerks, Shadowpanther.net with gear resets, shadowcraft, rogue friends in a couple of 7/7h guilds.
What previous raid experience do you have?
Server/World first experience in EQ, ICC heroic experience when it was current, raid lead in t11 and t12 for a casual group of friends 2 nights a week.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Resurgence on Blood Furnace (work got to me, had to leave the game for a while)
Virtue on Lightbringer: Replacing myself as a rogue and rerolling to my mage for this group.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I'm looking for a group that is casual and determined (3 nights a week) that enjoys raiding together but still likes to get down to business. You're a 10 man guild which is in need of a rogue, that's obviously a plus. The group I raid with now is very casual so I haven't been pushed as much as I would like. I perform much better than I do when raid leading, as that takes up a lot of my concentration. So finally belonging to a group where I can focus on my role and assist in call outs when necessary is definitely appealing.

I'm 23, I live in Chicago (moving back to Kentucky soon). I have a fiance and despite WoW I have somewhat of a real life. I'm a software developer, I program eCommerce sites for a living.
As far as WoW goes, I'm very easy going. I know my role and thanks to raid leading I generally know others roles as well. I'm not afraid to use vent, and I greatly appreciate constructive criticism.
