Main and Off Talent Specs:Holy/Ret ( woefully undergeared for ret since I have only been 85 for less then a week and focus only on healz and gearing for healz so haven't had time to adequetly gear her for ret)

Your weekly raid availability (We raid Fri/Sat/Sun 4-8pm PST): I am open to any raid times and availability with very few exceptions. ( I do college online and sometimes have required testing times, but normally the testing range is either in the day or flexible enough hours I can arrange it before or after raids. )
What add-ons do you rely on most? Vuhdo and DBM mainly, though I have a few more for convience sake ( Mature language filter fix for one
)
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
Elitist jerks is my main source of information, though I do like to talk to high preforming pally's for thier feedback and opinions. I am open to feedback on my toons and am constantly striving to be better at them.
What previous raid experience do you have? 5/8 Dragon Soul, 8/8 Firelands.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? 3 day ban and New Hope. New hope is much too casual for my raiding preference. There are constantly new members joining for one or two guild runs for the week ( and though I throughly enjoy helping teach and improve current guild members) I do not find that on guild progression runs with new content is the best place for it.
New Hope is too disorganized and lax for my play style and though I have made good friends there, ultimately I am trying to make my toons the best they can be, and progression and effectiveness are needed for that.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I want to be in a more disiplined progression guild where I/we can build effectively on what we have learned and accomplished the raid prior.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?

I am a stay at home mom/student. I started playing wow to appease my husband, Shambamtymam, but quickly loved the game. I am a extremely social player and am looking for a permanent home. I live a little north of Dallas, Tx and have two wonderful kiddos.
I'm bookwormish and the quintessential "nerd". ( my first toon was a belf solely because I am secretly in love with drizzit, and have read all the R.A.Salvatore books on him and since I cant be a dark elf I chose the next best thing!)
I have been playing for about three months, my main being a destro/demo warlock. I play daily and am readily approachable for questions and/or help if needed.
