What add-ons do you use (Check our Information for Raiders page to see our required mods)? Currently, I have all required addons except for Omen, and most of your reccomended addons. I also use X-Perl unit frames, IceHud and Grid. Also, I have dominos action bar addon installed, along with peggle ^^
Do you have access to Vent? I do have vent installed, but I don't own a server.
What sort of tools (calculators, builders, spreadsheets, etc.) do you use to plan your characters (if any)? I usually use talentchic.com to look for popular talent builds and tweak them to fit my playstyle, and look for gems and such that have the stat that I need most, depending on current stats and spec. For gear, I usually just take what I can find in raids, while also keeping eyes peeled for best in slots.

What previous raid experience do you have? I raided fairly hardcore in vanilla and then eased up in BC, eventually quitting the game for a couple months. I came back to WoW in time for late Burning Crusade and Wotlk, and since then I've been looking for a solid raiding guild that actually raids, I've done some early naxx and also had my share of epic fails in uld ^^ and I have run ToC 10 man (with you guys like an hour before I typed this
).
What guilds have you been a member of? PreEminence (current guild) and Broken Halo (although I'm fairly certain it broke up)
Why did you leave your previous and current guilds? Frankly, because most "raids" were calendar invites that 5 people sign up for and 2 people show up for. As I said earlier, I'm looking for a guild that gets it done
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? I Pugged with you guys a few hours ago, and I just had a great time. You guys both got the job done, and had fun while doing it. The environment was both relaxed, and productive, which is exactly what I'm looking for
Tell us about yourself, to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I'm not quite sure what to put here, other than what I stated earlier. I like to have fun and joke just as much as any raider, but I am also hoping to find a group of dedicated raiders in Shade of Arrows. I hope to hear from you soon
