Your weekly raid availability (We raid Fri/Sat/Sun 4-8pm PST):
I can make 100% of these raid times, unless ofcourse some horrible emergency happened (Never happans haha).
What add-ons do you rely on most?
As far as my addons go, the ones I rely most on would include classtimers, Needtoknow, ragebar, bartender and DBM. All of these are essential for a dps warrior in a raiding environment.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
I read EJ every week, and I also pay for landsouls private blogs and class forums. I am generally well-kept on current class mechanics and ways to maximize my output through proper class use.
What previous raid experience do you have?
I have been playing my warrior since the beginning of BC, and as far as my raid exp goes:
BC: Kara, gruuls, mag, ssc and tk (hand of adal), BT and Hyjal, and 4/6 Sunwell pre-patch.
Wrath: Naxx (Immortal and black proto meta), OS3d, All Ulduar hard modes including realm first algalon 25 (Celestial Defender), ToGC Insanity (10 man haha), 11/12 Heroic ICC 25 and heroic LK 10 man pre-patch.
Cata: 6/6 Heroic BWD, 4/5 Heroic BoT(Minus Council), normal throne. 6/7 Heroic Firelands with extensive exp on Heroic Rag Phase 4.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Crits (Malganis)- I like my current guild, but lately the GM and officers have been talking about quiting the game to play KoToR and D3, and I am really not interested in a guild that will most likely fall apart half-way through DS.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
There are a couple big reasons, which include the fact that with my career schedule I am not able to raid consistently during the weekdays, so your guys raid times are fantastic for me. Another thing is that you guys are on par with my progression, and the fact that you were 6/7 heroic pre-nerf shows that you raid consists of willing and capable players, which is also fantastic haha. I am basically looking for a new home for the realease of 4.3 so that I can have fun while pushing heroic progression and US rankings.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I came across one of your recruitment post on the WoW forums. I was looking though the forums and saw one of your posts on a possible recruits thread.

Well I am a pretty easy-going guy who gets along with everyone. I like to have fun pushing heroic progression while striving to constantly push my class to its limits as far as my class mechanics and output is concerned. I will not say that I don't make mistakes, cause that would be a lie, but when I do make a mistake I will take responsibility and WILL NOT make that same mistake again. From the talk that I had with your GM I can honestly say that the guild sounds great and I feel that I would be a good fit for your raiding environment.
