[b]What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?[/b] :I was apart of Escaping Into Innsanity @Ysera-US and im leaving because i dont like what their doing with the guild (Eg: bringing in stupid people for full time positions.)
[b]Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? :[/b] i want to join Shade because i want a mature guild that gets shit done. not sit around on their asses complaining how hard it is to kill a boss. i feel as though i belong on a team that is more hardcore than the one i currently raid with and i feel as though i would make a great fit.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?: i am competitive mostly with myself and other people of my class/spec. If someone passes me up on recount you bet your balls i'm figuring out why.
[b]Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks)[/b]: Im a younger raider but that doesnt mean i dont know what im doing. im strong willed, commited and wont get pissed when someone gives me constructive criticism. Ill do what has to be done to kill a boss whether that is being sat or pushing raid times.
