5.0 tier: 16/16N, 7/16H. 5.2 tier: 12/12N, 1/13H. 5.4 tier: 13/14N. Cataclysm: 4.0 tier: 12/12N, 1/13H. 4.2 tier: 7/7N, 6/7H. 4.3 tier: 8/8N, 5/8H.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Currently "Council of Elders" of Area 52. Leaving because my raid team is beginning to slack, and degress. Raid/Guild Leader is now leaving. I joined them in the last month of 5.3, and cleaerd ToT with them, and tried working on Heroic ToT. Previous guild was "Joint Effort" on Spinebreaker. Joint Effort was a knock off of "Delusion of Grandeur" due to our Raid leader had some complications with the Guild Leader. We moved on under a new guild name "Joint Effort" and worked on Heroic 5.0 tier. I took a break from raiding during the release of 5.2.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I want to push Heroics. I want to be part of an heroic progression raiding guild again, and I am confident that I can prove to you that I have the skills to be apart of your group.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
A recruiter posted on my recruitment forum.
Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
Sometimes I am competitve, but more for fun. For example I do like to poke fun at another employee making it look as if I'm a better worker, but when it gets busy no more fun and games it is time to focus. Am I competitive on pulling the highest DPS on every boss fight? Yes if it is farm, but when it's progression my focus is on working as a team to down the boss. I've never been part of a heroic raiding guild who was competing for top spot. The ones I was with were on dead servers, and had no other heroic progressive guild to compete with.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I am a very kind, joyful, humorous person. I am a bit shy, and usually takes me a bit to warm up to a raid group to join in conversations. I'm very focused. Sometimes I like to critic someone with a kind response, never with attitude even if I'm burning with rage inside. I can never yell at someone, I am just too nice. I can also take criticism, and I will always fess up if I do something bad, but I like getting criticism. Criticism helps me to perform better. If it is something I don't know and someone points it out, I will know not to do it again. For example, was running a pug on Garrosh, and everytime he casts his whirling corruption I would pop cds, but remain attacking Garrosh. Finally someone stated that I shouldn't be tunneling the boss during whirling corruption. After that criticism, I ran to the group during every whirling corruption. Like I said before, I am a quick learner. I learn better on attempts of the boss. I even use LFR and Flex to get a better understanding of the boss, after watching a video guide on the boss.
