What add-ons do you rely on most?
Ohh... Lots lol WeakAura2, Grid, Clique, VEM(DBM), Skada, OMEN(When DPSing), RaidSpellAnnouncer, Those are the majority.

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? MMO-Champ, Class forums, and I am also in touch with a few members of blood legion when I have a question or two.

What previous raid experience do you have?
I Have played since Nilla, but I didn't raid until WotLK. In Wrath I was Simi-Casual playing on my DK/Enhance shaman. Ended up Killing H Sindragosa. But didn't manage to kill LK, In Cata I was more hardcore, I was on Hyjal raiding on my Restoration Shaman, ended up clearing all BWD and BoT on heroic. Firelands was 7/7H(almost server first) and took a break when DS came out. When MoP came out I was pretty laidback until late ToT, Managed to get 12/13H before SoO was released. And in SoO I have been pretty hardcore, I managed to help my guild build the team as recruitment lead, from a 10 man to a 25 man in prep for Mythic, we went 14/14 in just a little over 9 weeks with a lot of fresh bodies.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
I am leaving Street Corner Horde on Bleeding Hollow. I just feel like they aren't what I am looking for in 6.0 and WoD, I want to be top 50 US and they are a little too casual for me.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?

Your guild is top 50 US now which leads me to believe that it wont change in WoD, The times work, and your website is pretty bomb. And on top of that you have been around for 9 years so that tells me that the guild has great structure in the officer core.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
All the time... I want to beat everyone on the meters, and it makes it quite hard being a Hpally healing against a Disc priest and a resto sham... but I don't give up!
I try to outplay myself every week by increasing my numbers even when the gear doesn't go up. I also compare myself to other Hpaladins in other guilds.

I feel like me joining SoA would be great for both me and the guild. I have a progression mindset but I do like to keep it light in raid, not just head slamming against walls, but sly jokes thrown in to keep it going in raid! I am a guild-best type of player. If you need me to sit I am sitting, if you need me in I am in. I don't argue, however I may ask questions. I look forward to potentially raiding with SoA, it would be an honor.

Well, I don't see anything wrong with your logs, you could use some improvement, but nothing that really stands out.
Some of your parses are close to our other Holy Paladin, but on a handful of the fights, you slack behind.
I know it depends on heal comp too.

Can't look at your armory atm, but looking on WoW Heroes, I don't see anything wrong with your gemming/enchanting. I am hoping that you are at a haste breakpoint? Can't tell.

How much time have you spent on Beta? What do you think of Holy Paladins?

Yeah I think he could do a lot better on many fights he doesn't do certain things enough like he should be doing/using. Overall healing could be a lot stronger. Although I Think it could be worked on and you could surely improve.

His armory is fine couple of weird gems. I would go all mastery with selfless healer build it is more efficient. With eternal flame build hybrid intell haste gems are the way to go with pure haste in yellows or poor spirit bonuses. Lets see that screen shot when you get a chance.

As far as the breakpoint I only do it for one fight and that would be eternal flame otherwise I am dropping all spirit for mastery then Haste...
I have played a bunch of holy pally on beta, still getting used to the no insta casts other than holy shock now. Holy paladins are looking great on the beta, i have checked my heals compared to other classes and it is looking like holy paladins are one of the top healers next to resto Druids
