    Your age:

This is the best that I can come up with. No one really logs from the guild that I am currently in.

List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):
Any day of the week, and we spoke about my schedule in Mumble. I work 4 days and am off for 4 days. On the days that I would I should be able to make raid, however there will be a day here and there that work will get in the way. I am very good about letting folks know as early as possible when that happens.

What add-ons do you rely on most?
    CLCret, DBM, Elvui

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
Class forums on the wow website, MMO-Champs, Icyveins and EJ as a last resort.

What previous raid experience do you have?
Some heroic bosses in ToT (4), and 13-14 in SoO.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Paradox on KT. The reason I am looking elsewhere to raid is because this is a game for me. This is a way to zone out and just enjoy myself. Recently drama in the raid group/guild has hindered that escape.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
As I said when we spoke in Mumble. I am looking for a raid group/guild that is successful and for the most part drama free. I understand that with 25, and up coming 20, person rosters that there will be personality conflicts. But, by and large the end goal should be killing bosses and accomplishing goals. It seems as if you folks do that and from what I heard in mumble, you actually enjoy each others company outside of raid.

How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I posted a thread on the recruitment forums and Jabir found me.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
Extremely. I will compete with myself, others of the same class, other melee classes, pretty much anyone that is similar I will compete with.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I am pretty laid back. I do not have a short temper and can take criticism, provided it is constructive. If you are just doping nukes and telling me I suck with nothing to back you statement other then not having an understanding of my class and the utility I bring I have no problem telling you in the politest way possible to go get fucked by a goat and come back when you offer either A) A solution or B) suggestion on how I can improve. I will be the first to tell you that I am not God's gift to the paladin class, with that being said  however, I do have an in-depth understanding of my class and can use my cd's when needed/called for. Outside of WoW I go to the gym and hang out with friends. Oh, and once I am comfortable and I see if talking smack is acceptable, I will be making folks cry. I'm kinda good at it.

    Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<<
As I am not currently a couple with anyone it was awkward the first couple times I showed up solo-dolo after the break up with Betty, White that is. But now the bingo club has taken me in and I no longer need those pompus, elitest couples cross-stitchers. I have my own friends now and....Oh. Gotta go, they are calling B37, one letter away from B-I-N-G-O!!

I forgot to ask, but is it coincidence or intentional that you are a police officer in real life and chose the only lawful good type class in WoW?

Coincidence. I tried being a rogue once, out of spite, but I decided that I do not like sneaking around in pvp like a punk bitch to hit people then vanishing once they hit me.

May not be coincidence that you subconsciously or otherwise chose a class that has abilities named things such as pursuit of justice, long arm of the law, and hand of protection to name a few.  Wink

You seem like someone who would fit right in. I wasn't in your mumble interview, but someone who isn't bland in their app but also sounds amiable is always a good thing.

Your parses are decent, could be better, but the same could be said about a lot of players that I would consider exceptional.

Could you explain a bit about why you gem and reforge the way you do? Why do you go mastery heavy instead of haste, for example?

Well that is difficult to explain. There are currently a few schools of thought for Rets at the moment. The first being that Haste>all no matter what. The next is Haste to 50% then mastery or crit. The one that I subscribe to is Haste to 40% then mastery>crit. The reasoning behind that is that Haste is good to a break point of 17,000 (or 40%) then mastery pulls ahead. I have tried the 50% but feel that 40% then mastery is the best route. The next thing that I am not totally sure of if our 5th tier talent. There is conflicting parses between Divine Purpose or Sanctified Wrath after Thoks. I haven't personally tested which is better but plan on it to see whats capable of more dps. That explination is a little more indepth but I am hoping that I have answered your question.

Ya know, to be honest you guys may very well have something here with my profession and my class. I honestly have never thought of this or made the connection.

@Nalladar you are forgetting the most fitting ability....Judgement.

That answer is sufficient enough for now. I'd like to offer you a trial. Will you be available Tuesday?

You don't, but by all means do if you feel like you want to. To be honest, seeing someone transfer as early as that shows commitment to their trial and effort towards becoming one of our raiders.

Thank you very much for the ability to trial with you folks but I am going to have to withdraw my application.
