    Your age: 17

    BattleTag:Dasturos#1479

    Armory Link of Main: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/illidan/Dasturos/advanced

Armory Links of Notable Alts:  None that i would consider reading for heroic raiding

    World of Logs/WMO Parses: http://www.warcraftlogs.com/guilds/usercalendar/4713

Screenshot of your UI:In combat:  https://i.imgur.com/ZFa3Jd3.jpg
Full Weakauras/Bigwigs: https://i.imgur.com/kFOwmoo.jpg (please note the left groups are Dynamic Groups, so they don't actually overlap anything)
List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):  I am available every night but friday.

What add-ons do you rely on most? Weakauras, it allows me to track any buff i need to track. I track things from short buffs (SoTR, EF, BoG) to longer buffs such as my cooldowns.

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? Sacredduty.net, Maintankadin, mmo-champion paladin forums.
What previous raid experience do you have?

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? TBC: Was in Champions of Kalimdor (My own casual guild), That's the only guild in my memory i was in for TBC.

WoTLK: I guild hopped for a bit in early WoTLK due to being on a dead server (Antonidas Horde-side) and trying to find a guild i fit with, i ended up in Stormweaver Clan, which is still running as of today as a casual Flex-mode guild, i was with them untill Cata.

Cata: Left SWC in early cata due to no raids running, and joined Disdain at the beginning of Firelands. Disdain merged with Phosuc (top guild on Horde Side) and i tanked for Phosuc up untill our Normal Deathwing kill (To say top gulid on horde-side still means they could barely kill normals) and left to Kel'Thuzad Alliance-side for the remainder of the Xpac. I joined Provenance after alittle time on KT, Prove was a 1 night per week guild, we just managed to kill H Spine 10 by the 30% nerf (might have been 35, memory is alittle fuzzy), and left to Late Night Crew in hopes of better progress come MoP.

MoP: I was in LNC through MSV progression, i quickly found out that they had major leadership issues (GM being 30 mins late to raids almost every week, officers not showing up) and left to join a friends guild called Conundrum. Conundrum, i was an officer in Conundrum, however due to attendance and raid issues (not alot of trust in the raid-team as a whole) i left that guild to join Illidan. When i got to Illidan i created my own guild, Adaptation, which changed to Havoc, which changed to OG (went to level 25 guilds for guild perks), i soon realized i'm really not cut out for guild leading, i left, and joined FoTM. I've been in FoTM since week 2 of ToT, I'm currently at a point where i want to raid at a higher level than FoTM can provide.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I want to be in a guild that clears content, and more than that i want to be in a guild that will stick around for years to come, Shade of Arrows looks to be that guild, running a guild for 9 years take good leadership and dedication, which is very attractive to me.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)? Blzplease/Banzad posted on my looking for guild thread.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? I compete against myself, i am always very critical of my own performance, rather than thinking "Awesome, i did so much DPS/HPS/such a good job tanking" i always look at my performance in a "how much better can i do next time?" light.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): my main passions outside of WoW are Martial Arts ( i practice Jiu Jistu and Muay Thai 5-6 times a week) and running every day, i love this game, but i also love stay in shape. when i'm not doing any of those i'm normally watching Anime, mostly seasonal anime, although i like to be watching atleast 1 series that's finished, so i can binge watch it if i feel like it. i'm a competitive person by nature, so i love partaking in things that push myself both mentally and physically

Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<< I have been a member of the highest order of cross-stitchers for 10 years! no, no i don't

Last thing i forgot to mention, please note that even though i am 17, i am in complete control of my schedule for raiding, and it will not be an issue.\

Also, because i'm an idiot and forgot to list my raiding history.

TBC: I was a hard-core casual back in TBC, so i only cleared Kara once, and did a couple Mags/Gruul pugs.

WoTLK: I did all of 10 man Naxx on my Priest, i killed up-to Cat Lady in Ulduar, didin't raid in ToGC (couldn't stand that raid), and kill 11/12 10 normal ICC.

Cata: As stated above i was in SWC during T11, so i didn't raid anything more than Magmaw that tier. I killed 6/7 10 normal Firelands before DS came out (was a backup in Disdain on my Paladin and Priest). I cleared 8/8 Heroic 10 man Dragon Soul, although i don't really count that, as most kills were 20% nerf and up.

MoP: 1/6H MSV, but cleared 16/16 normal before the tier ended. 6/13H ToT with a 3% wipe on Council. And Currently 12/14 Heroic 25 man SoO, with aprox 80 pulls on H Paragons.

I want to let Savedya look over your logs before I comment on them, since he is more experienced with Pro Pally logs.

In terms of your app, I like your answers. You obviously took time with the app.

I like the UI. I made a joke about WeakAuras/TellMeWhens stretching across your screen, but I've seen worse and it is obvious you're through with your tracking.

Gearing seems good. I'll let Savedya give his input on that.

Do you have something to track boss hits. Bonus points if you know why I'm asking if you have this.

I do, i had it turned off in the screenshots (don't know why) but i use Boss Swing Timer.

And for the bonus points: You should use a swing timer because it allows you to time your Active Mitigation better, same with cooldowns.

    Hey man how's it going.

Gearing looks good. A little strange going for crit>mastery for progression. Really though, who cares, you live through the fights.

I like the way your logs look in terms of cooldowns, rotation, and 4pc usage.

The way I see tanking, you have three jobs:
1- Keep boss's unavoidable damage from being non-lethal, and minimze it whenever possible.
2- Keep the boss positioned correctly.
    3- Do damage.

    Based on:
    http://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/KgdXHNkwFbtZ21hf#type=deaths&boss=-2

It looks like you keep damage non-lethal since you survive pretty well compared to your raid, so that's a major plus for you.

Since its fresh on your mind, tell me how you and your cotank break up the bosses on Paragons of the Klaxxi. Does the way they get split affect your talent choice? If you had to tank a different boss, would you reconsider any of your current talent choices?

Point two is kinda hard to judge from logs, so I'm going to ignore that. If you were offered a trial we'd see pretty quickly if you can handle boss movement.

    Now for point three:
How do you manage your usage of the level 90 pally talents?

How do you manage your eternal flame? When would you plan to refresh it on Iron Juggernaut?

Bonus: If you could redo one fight from your most recent reclear to further optimize one of the points I listed, which fight would it be and why? Basically, what was your biggest mistake?

Also, your vengeance meter is no bueno. The 50% hp cap on vengeance never went live, even though it was in the patch notes. The cap is 100% of your hp.

I've been testing out Haste>Crit for a couple of weeks now, it's extra personal damage/healing, i'm still not 100% convinced it's better than mastery, but wanted to give it another week or two of logs.

Since its fresh on your mind, tell me how you and your cotank break up the bosses on Paragons of the Klaxxi. Does the way they get split affect your talent choice? If you had to tank a different boss, would you reconsider any of your current talent choices?

I was Skeer Tank, so i tanked all of the bosses but Xaril and Iyyokuk. My talent choices were for maximum single-target DPS, in my last Paragons logs i was still testing out different glyphs for highest burst DPS. If i had to tank the other bosses (Rik, and Xaril) i would keep it the same more or less, i wouldn't use Alabaster Shield though, my SoTR uptime would be lower on Rik due to injection, so other glyphs would be better.

How do you manage your usage of the level 90 pally talents?
That's highly fight dependent, on a fight like Thok i will use Light's Hammer to help keep the raid topped off, however on a fight like Blackfuse i will use Execution Sentence for killing the Shredder before the forth overload. On bosses such as Norushen or Dark Shamans i tend to use Holy Prism, as the heal can be nice to help top the raid off after big hits (i have some logs of using ES on both of those fights, i will use ES if i'm trying to push personal DPS, or if the raid doesn't need the extra healing)

How do you manage your eternal flame? When would you plan to refresh it on Iron Juggernaut?
On Juggernaut it depends on our healer comp, if i have a strong healer comp i will normally try and go for more DPS (using EF at 3 BoG stacks for higher glyph of WoG uptime) however if our healer comp is weaker i will wait to use EF untill i'm at 5 stacks of BoG and am spiking low (so that the initial heal isn't wasted).

Bonus: If you could redo one fight from your most recent reclear to further optimize one of the points I listed, which fight would it be and why? Basically, what was your biggest mistake?

my biggest fail from my last clear (i don't have logs for our last clear) i would say it would be not moving the adds into the middle as much as i can on Spoils, i can definitely have them in more for spark cleaving.

Also, your vengeance meter is no bueno. The 50% hp cap on vengeance never went live, even though it was in the patch notes. The cap is 100% of your hp.
Yeah, i've been meaning to make a weakaura to track vengeance, just haven't gotten around to it, will make it tonight.

I hope that answers your questions thoroughly.
