List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):
Able to make every day. There might be the occasional times I work overtime but normally those will be during the day and not at night.
What add-ons do you rely on most? Right now weak auras is a huge help. Also DBM to help with time management of boss abilities.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? Howtopriest.com It has helped vastly. Even the small things.
What previous raid experience do you have? Prior to this tier I wasn't an avid raider. I did do normal ToT as a casual.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? I was a member of the way the guild was run and how raids were handled ended up being a put off. It was also an uncomfortable situation in which I didn't have any joy running the content with them and progressing.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? Truthfully I want to join Shade of Arrows because of the way people are dedicated to the raid and how you guys want to excel in order to be some of the best. Being able to push content and contend for realm firsts and world firsts sounds amazing. Shade of Arrows is full of excellent players who strive to excel and be the best that they can be and I want to be able to do the same thing.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
Forums via recruitment post. Also heard of Shade of Arrows from a friend on Velen and how you guys are by far the most competitive on his server.
Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? Yes I am competitive. Mostly vs myself, setting milestones to improve each week and better my performance in any way as possible. I also like competing vs other teams, aka guilds in order to prove that the guild is solid and top performers.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): Well I am 20 years old, and as most people tend to believe that 20 year old's are in college. However I am not and have started up a 3 year Long Term Supplemental Position and hope to be converted to Full Time in the future. I work 12 hour shifts from 7am - 7pm for IBM manufacturing chips for technology parts such as iPhones, Computers, TVs. I was also a 3 sport varsity athlete throughout highschool and took leadership roles as a captain and am willing to speak up when questions arise. I won't shy away from a challenge and I am looking forward to charge into WoD and take it all on!

I am not normally but in a couple but I'm sure it sounds excellent!
