List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):
All days/Times are fine
What add-ons do you rely on most?
Vuhdoo for most of my non atonement healing abilities/Debuff monitoring
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
MMO-Champion Forums and some stuff from howtopriest
What previous raid experience do you have?
I have been playing WoW since I got a closed beta invite from File planet my sophomore year of HS. Ive raided through all Vanilla content, most of BC excluding After Felmyst in Sunwell, All of WotLK and was an officer of Forsaken Bloodlines through its break up on Yogg. Formed my own guild with a bunch of IRL friends after that through end of WotLK and Cleared through all of Cata and up to 11/14 H SoO with my guild. Had some issues with attendance and hit a wall with Siegecrafter we ended up losing more members than we could fill running late nights.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Past ~3 years been running my own guild Hostile Work Environment of Illidan Horde (formally The Corpologists on Burning Legion Alliance) as I said above we had some issues with attendance and then hit a wall with Siegecrafter we ended up losing more members than we could fill running at 12:30 am EST start until 3:45 am.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
Looking for a well established guild (Been around for more than one expansion) that is able to clear progression with significant time left on the tier for farming and achievements. I also like the earlier raid times you guys have as well as the intentions to move to 20 man mythic come WoD which I have already preordered.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
Had posted on the guild recruitment forums and had someone reach out to me.
Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specify other)?
I am, I love having someone to heal with that knows what they're doing and can whoop my ass from time to time and help me get to the full potential and keep on top of my game. It's never fun if you're always carrying a raid and its never fun being the one bringing it down so I always try to keep up on whatever role I am playing.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I, having run my own guild for the better part of the last 3 years, know what it takes to run and maintain a high end raiding guild and will bring my best to not to fall in to the category of those average/sub par recruit that you I am sure get a few of. I always communicate with my schedule. If I am ever to miss a raid I will have a decent amount heads up beforehand, unless the obvious unexpected emergency which, knock on wood, doesn't happen to often for me. I have missed only 2 weeks of raid since Oct 2012 when I went on vacation for 1 week and then then 10 days, 2 weeks ago where I returned to find that the officers I left in charge hadn't managed to do anything, invites, raid, fill slots etc.. and had the remaining few of our core abandon ship before my return. Both times I had over 2 months notice and had relayed to my officers in advance what was going to happen. I am very vocal when I need to be, I communicate with my fellow healers and have a good sense of timing when it comes to certain healing CDs being used such as Spirit shell, pain suppression and bubble when unassigned as to not overlap with my other healers. I also am very active on the computer outside of WoW and am on various other games throughout the day when I am home. I look forward to talking forward with you and thank you for taking the time to read and consider my application to your guild.
Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<<
No, I haven't had the urge to take my girlfriend to do this.
