World of Logs/WMO Parses: No current parses for my windwalker, unfortunately.

List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST): I'm raid available anyday, currently only taking online classes, so my schedule is free.
What add-ons do you rely on most? Tellmewhen for timers of buffs, debuffs, and cooldowns. Any boss mod for accurate timers.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? Because there is so much disparity in opinions on the "perfect" way to play windwalker at the moment, I collect information from a variety of sources. I have a few heroic-raiding windwalkers that I theorycraft with, I pull information from threads on mmo-champ, and although they're inaccurate 90% of the time for the spec, I've simmed out different items/builds.
What previous raid experience do you have? I've completed nearly all end-game content in previous expansions (I can expand on that further if asked), but during this expansion I started raiding more actively during ToT, cleared all the way through Ra-Den pre-huge nerf. In SoO I believe I've gotten everything up to Thok, but not including Siegecrafter down on 10 man heroic, and I've full cleared on 25 heroic.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? In the past year and a half, I've been in on Thunderhorn (now ), on Darkspear, and on Mannoroth. I'm currently leaving because I feel underutilized and I feel like I'm being treated like I'm expendable, so it justifies them acting childish and just...stupid, for lack of a better word, around me.a
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? Your times and days fit my desired times to raid. You guys are at the progression level that I'm looking for, and I admire the fact that you've successfully made the transition from 10 man teams to a solid 25 man team. I also spoke with your recruiters and they didn't try and sugar coat or coax me into anything, they were just very up front about the direction you guys are going as well as how you're doing on 25 Garrosh.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)? I received a friend request as well as saw a post on my 'looking for guild' post on the guild recruitment thread.
Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? I believe that I am. I try and do the best that I possibly can at all times, maximizing dps while still staying alive and reducing as much damage as possible. I like to compete directly with others who play my spec, but as it is rare to find multiple windwalkers in the same heroic raid, I oftentimes will compete against the other dps.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I'm pretty relaxed when it comes to almost everything. I like doing things with others, like raids, but I also like to play alone sometimes and kick back while watching tv. I enjoy forming relationships with fellow raiders, even now having some of my former guildmates/officers/leaders on real ID. I usually volunteer to help people out despite it not being something I necessarily want to do, because I would hope that they'd do the same for me, which has bit me in the ass as frequently as it's helped. I branch out widely with my choices of games I enjoy to play. After raiding a few days in a row, you might see me drop off the face of battle.net to have a Dota 2 marathon day during the off-nights, or Hearthstone whoring while with family (thank god for hearthstone on ipad). I've recently picked up my play in Diablo 3 a lot, but I am so-so. Enjoy it, but if my Ring of Royal Grandeur doesn't drop soon, I might ragequit.
Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<< Unfortunately, no. It shared a time-slot with Underwater Basket-Weaving, so I had to make a tough decision, but overall, I find myself happier in life because of it.
Couple things I would like to add: While the officers know the circumstances of me applying on my monk versus my druid, I figure it would be a mystery to most of the raiders who I haven't spoken with. Enjoy playing my monk more than my druid, however, have been forced into sticking as balance for the better part of two months so I could carry the damage in a group that started with 5/14 heroic (now 9/14). When available, I've pugged/purchased runs that have gotten my monk a few pieces, thus the lack of actual logs. I plan on jumping into a random run this week at some point on him and getting logs ran to give you guys more of an idea of the dps I'm capable of and my survivability in fights.
If it comes down to there being too much concern about lack of knowledge of my monk's capabilities, I don't mind trialing temporarily on my druid (which I can provide logs for), and slowly converting to my monk as he acquires more gear and logs.
Finally, wall o' texts aside, I appreciate the professionalism and speed with which your recruiter and officers made themselves available to me. It's comforting knowing that the guild I'm applying into values their potential future member's times and schedules. Thanks, guys.
