WeakAuras and DBM.

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
MMOChampion, WoW Class Forums, WoL, BiS gear websites (even though they are almost always incorrect, its still good to bounce ideas from the info), and talking to a few Windwalker friends that are very skilled raiders to keep up with any changes.

What previous raid experience do you have?
My raid experience is slim, as I only really ever PvP'd in the past. The majority of my raid experience is from t16. I am currently 11/14H.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
I was recently a member of Side Project for a few months. That is where I gained my 11/14H experience. The reason I left is because I disagree with how the guild is lead in certain ways, I felt certain people were favored due to their relationship with the GM. And I was sick of being sat during progression for bullshit reasons. I want to be a part of a guild where I am a valued member of the team, and not feel as though I am dispensable.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I want to join Shade because they are an experienced raiding guild who have managed to make it through multiple expansions with continued success. You are a very successful guild, and that is the kind of guild I want to be a part of.

How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I've been on Velen for quite some time. So I just see SoA's players around.

Tell us about yourself, to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I am a very hard working and dedicated person. When I do something, I do everything possible to be the best at it. And I am looking to find an environment full of like minded people who share my love of World of Warcraft. I started playing back in Vanilla when I was 12 years old, and have been playing on and off since then. I am hoping to find a mature environment and at the same time be able to have fun, and enjoy the game. I have never been a person of many words, so for now I will leave it at that. Ok so after looking at the logs from Tuesday what I see is your tiger power buff is kinda low on some fights (65%ish on fallen protectors), also on a few fights your tigereye brew is a bit low (again sub 40% on fallen protectors). Your reforging is a bit off ( a quick input into Mr. robot would get your hit and expertise to perfect levels while giving you an extra 1k crit rating). Also you had rushing jade wind talented for Iron Juggernaut which is a purely single target fight. One other thing is your chi wave usage needs to improve ALOT.

On AoE fights your doing very well keeping up rushing jade wind. And other then a few deaths on Malkorak your survivability seems pretty good.

Thanks for looking into it. For protectors I have to admit I was very lost that fight. I know it completely, but I am used to a very different strat. Where they are all separated more, and not stacked up the entire time. I was always given the task of sitting on Sun the entire fight, to interrupt her Sha Sears on CD, and keep SEF up on Rook and He. With them stacked up so much I found it hard to find a spot where I wasn't standing in poison, so I under performed greatly and it upset me quite a bit. But I will get everything fixed for that fight asap. On Juggs, I simply forgot to switch to Xuen like an idiot, but that wont happen again. I will look into Mrrobot today before the raid and see if I can make the changes you suggested. Today I finally got Flex Haromms Talisman, which is a huge upgrade. But I did lose almost 2% crit due to losing the AGI from the Timeless trinket. Once again thank you for taking the time to go over my logs so thoroughly. I will work on everything you mentioned.
