List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):
Available any day and time that you guys need me.

What add-ons do you rely on most? DBM, Weak Auras (recently started using this), Recount, Healbot when I'm healing on my rest shaman (also have ele spec on her)

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? mmo-champion, askmrrobot, wow forums, friends.

What previous raid experience do you have? Heroic 25m Malkorok. We attempted Spoils for 3 hours last sunday, but sadly, no luck.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Equillibrium  - eldre'thalas with my Mage. I honestly love the people in there, however, our guild leaders/raid leaders decided last Thursday they no longer want the responsibility and the stress of keeping 25 people together so they called it quits and disbanned the group. This came as a huge shock to majority of us, who showed up last Thursday ready to continue our progression. Apparently there has been a lot of drama amongst the officers and we lost 4 core raid team members because of this. Sad but what can we do. No raid group, no progression.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I had the opportunity to browse your guild website and you guys seem like a pretty level headed, stable and serious guild. I'd love to opportunity to try out for it.

How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I found a post on the wow guild recruitment forums.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
Yes, I am competitive by nature. I have to be in order to not only succeed in life but also in gaming. Naturally, there is always room to grow and I strive to excel in my progression.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
Where to start, I'm a very down to earth, have a great sense of humor, helpful type of person. I'm raid aware, pay attention to myself along with others, always show up 15 minutes early, prepared with flasks, potions etc..  Since I'm a licensed massage therapist and work from home, I never really have to worry about traffic being an issue for making it on time.
(I just use the basic wow version UI. Yes, I know, I'm old school) Like I said, I'm always open to suggestions and will most definitely question as to why that would be the best option for what is needed.

Hope you guys give me a chance to try out and look forward to becoming a team player.

Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching? You'd have to be a couple to attend, therefore I wasn't allowed in. However, I do attend the under water basket weaving classes. They're fabulous!

Do you click anything? The buttons on your top bar (alter time/icy veins/RoF) don't appear to be bound.

Well, yes, I do click them and no, I don't have them bound to any macro. Is that a deal killer?

It saves you valuable time, especially as a Mage. Like on H klaxxi if you accidentally get hit by whirling you have to pop that ice block pronto. On the dps side, since icy veins is off the gcd you lose time by clicking it then moving to something like alter time when you could macro them together. I don't think I could play without binding blink and blazing speed either since they're used primarily as reactionary abilities.

That's great advice, Zombie, thank you. I will most definitely implement this from now on.

For instance I use this macro

    #showtooltip icy veins
    /stopcasting
    /cast Icy veins
    /use 10
    /use 13
    /use 14
    /cast berserking
    /cast Alter Time

What that does is it stops casting so if I start a cast it will stop it so I won't miss casting all my abilities (noticed if I started a frost bolt it would start alter time without casting icy veins for some reason) then I will cast icy veins use my engineering gloves if they are up, what ever on use trinkets I have if they are up, use my racial (berserking for trolls), and then cast alter time all in one button.
