Your weekly raid availability (Tues/Wed/Thurs/Mon 6-9:30pm PST): Not working right now, I wake up around 10am and I usually go to bed around 5am. I watch Football on Sundays and sometimes Monday nights =)
What add-ons do you rely on most?Elvui, DBM, GTFO, Weak Auras, Omni CC or what ever it is that shows my number in sec of my cooldowns..it might be called Cooldowns.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?Best resources ever, my ears and I talk to other Hunters that I am friends with. We all share info to assist one another.
What previous raid experience do you have?Started back in BC, Raided pretty much all content competitively with the exception of a few breaks: I didn't buy MoP until ToT was released.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? Last former guild: Nexus. We were an up and coming Progression guild on one of the most progressed servers. I developed a raiding spot, and once we became quite attractive lots of things changed. Other guilds died, possibly due to jealousy of quick progress and many people jumped ship and apped to our guild. At first it seemed like a good thing making us much stronger and giving us more options. Next thing you know we have a full 40 man "raiding" roster and precedence went to those with the most gear. It made my hard work and dedication seem meaningless. Not to mention my frustration from the lack of commitment from others who were brought along because they were long time friends and we wiped on easy normal bosses..because padding > mechanics. I had a strong bond and hunter core sharing with 2 other hunters. One was demoted over night without prior conversation, the other has now found and amazing guild on Eredar and doing quite well. ALL THREE of us got sat for no apparent reason on Malkorok.. A very Important boss for hunters. After my dissatisfaction, I simply quit and stopped raiding. A raid begins and ends with "good" raiders. It is great to get along with everyone that you play with and hang out with your friends doing something you all LOVE. I just can not condone recruiting "ringers" to progress with out fixing actual issues and using a "burn" strat on everything you plan to kill.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?I don't. I want you, to want me to join so that I have a purpose to sit at my computer 3-5 nights a week and dedicate my time to completing goals that we all have, that other wise will never get accomplished with out someone like me.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)? I posted on Wow forums to see what was available. I look forward to talking with Darka.

The Last guild I was interested had a funny question at the end. It said using MS paint draw a picture of your character.. The application was ridiculous it was literally 75 questions. So this is what I came up with hope it makes you giggle.
