What add-ons do you rely on most? DBM, Recount, GTFO (just incase)

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? MMO forums,maxdps, tankspot

What previous raid experience do you have? Have raided since Vanilla  MC - current.  ICC heroic, DS heroic, 9/14 current heroic.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?  I ran my own guild for some years on shattered hand, friends grew old like me and called it quits, joined a smaller 10m on khaz/tick(transferred) for 2 years and sadly they called it quits.  Recently joined a 25m on Zul'jin where we got to 9/14 before the gm as of this week has called all raiding till WOD in hopes he can reform.  I've never left a guild to just leave a guild I like to see things through.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?  I'm a very competitive person my nature, I personally strive to be the best at whatever I do in life sports, marriage and yes WOW.  If its tanking I try to put the max out-put while staying alive, as dps I strive to be the top 90% of my class.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? :)Yes, everyone with fun being the only intention.  I like to be respected by my peers one sure way is to earn it by showing off what you can do in game for the guild.  As far as meters ranking is always nice I usually look at logs and see what others have done and how I can better my self by mimicking them.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):  Well, I'm 34 married no children wife plays so that's always a plus other than she doesn't raid but understands the commitment I make to a guild and doesn't mind it in the least.  I enjoy doing things away from the game to clear my mind i.e fish ride the motorcycle, run etc.   I'm also a manager at work so I come here to unwind and have fun. I do expect to play with like minded individuals that want to progress, as coherent team is always more efficient.  Other than that, sorry about the links hopefully I didn't mess them up to terribly and I look forward to whatever criticism you guys may have.  I like that you guys hold people responsible for knowing there class its rather refreshing to see a professionally ran unit where the GM and officers enforce this!

Thanks for apping! A few questions:

-Do you track Sunder Armor?
-Do you track Lacerate and Thrash?
-How do you prioritize your secondary stats as tank?
-Why do you prioritize them that way?
-Do you maintain Barkskin as often as possible?
-Do you track your defensive CDs?

I should have mentioned druid focus add on. Keeps track of cd's dot timers while in combat the pic of ui doesn't show while not active in raid my mistake ;(


-Do you track Sunder Armor? Yes esp if the other tank is non warrior
-Do you track Lacerate and Thrash? Lacerate should be maintained 3stacks as much as possible and I thrash on open cd as it normally is my highest single damage output (stacks high with vengeance)
-How do you prioritize your secondary stats as tank? As normal for rage build, 15%hit 15%expertise then I strive for the crit cap of 79% which enables me to maintain threat while building an abundance of rage for savage defense while tanking and mauling when off tanking to help the other tank out for the reduced damage from tooth and claw.
-Why do you prioritize them that way? Threat, more damage out put while in turn more rage for my mostly used defensive moves.
-Do you maintain Barkskin as often as possible? Typically no! I use it for minor spikes of damage usually I run around 137k armor so my dmg isn't too spikey that while always keeping my dodge (savage defense up). The cd on barkskin is really short 1min w/o trinket less than 40 secs with trinket so it helps for say protectors say rook etc. I just don't use it to use it though I time it accordingly.
-Do you track your defensive CDs? Again yes!

is there anything you would change about the way you tank and/or your gear to optimize your dps?

I logged out in what I currently use for progression fights, as far as dps its just a matter of a cloak swap meta exchange and trinket swap. Keeping crit cap would be easier with different items allowing me to use more agility but atm I'm having to gem to obtain said cap. I'm sure there is room for improvement but I usually go with mr. robot's suggestions and mimic them closely.
