What previous raid experience do you have?
In vanilla i have done Molten Core to Ragnaros for 30% and completed ZG/AQ20
In BC I completed Kara/ZA/Gruul/Mag, 2/4 TK eye. 2/6 SSC. Hyjal 4/5. BT 5/9.
In Wrath i completed Naxx 10/25, OS 10/25 (Both 2 drakes), Ulduar all but Yogg 10 man and up to 2/4 watchers in 25 man. TOTC both 10 and 25 completed, non heroic. ICC 10 up to Sindragosa with three heroics down and 25 man with 4 heroic down and up to Lich king.
In Cata: All content cleared on normal and Dragonsoul completed all the way
Mists: Completed normal T14, Normal TOT and now normal and heroic SoO (though i know i have not done thok or seigecrafter, i was subbed in for those)

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Veritalis and i was laid off raiding because of some reason but the raid leader said it wasn't working out despite helping them as much as I could after transferring to join them for mythic raiding mainly. So they basically are not going to let me raid next xpac when that was my intent from the start after helping them for some time. So i sort of felt broken after this.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
It is the only other guild on this server that seems to be moving on for Mythic raiding for next expansion but also because I want to extend my hand to help as much as I want. I love raiding and I do not want to see it end like this.

How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
From talking to Rageworks and Bleeds. Initially i wanted to just make friends with them but now it seems like I am going through the process to have this last chance to raid for next xpac.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
I am competitive when it comes to boosting my damage compared to others as well as just having fun while doing it. Otherwise I am not too competitive that it would make me look like a jerk.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I am a guy who writes a series on Deviantart and an old raider since Vanilla times. one step at a time i take my day and look to the future of what I can do. I am funny and kind but somewhat shy and considerate of others. I do little to be selfish and will always be the guy who does no wrong. I make sure to fix whatever is need fixing to enjoy the game and have a shot at loot. Then again I enjoy killing the boss more than loot.

I do hope that despite having so many mages that you would at least take me in for the next expansion raiding. I do not have the money to transfer off server either. Please give me a chance to prove myself. if you need more info just tell me.

I'll look over logs tomorrow and give an analysis, taking into consideration that the only logs I found were from extended lockouts over the last couple months (the cherry-popping kill is usually not the best) from Siege--->Garrosh. But, the good thing about progression logs is that you can tell if a raider is not only playing hard but adjusting and adapting to the encounter to help the team down the boss.

But off the bat, what's your experience/ability with fire and arcane? Who knows what WoD will hold, but being a cutting edge raid team means taking it upon yourself to bring the best that your class has to offer to the boss fight; ie, I'm not a big fan of fire, but there have been patches where fire was completely OP compared to the other specs in which case it would have been beneficial to swap for the time being.

I played Fire back in BC mainly and in Wrath i was fire for up to Ulduar then Arcane until the end of ICC. Went to frost for the start of Cata stuff and went into Arcane by the end with Taregosa staff. As well i went to Arcane and fire for mop start but went into Arcane.

I have palyed all three at least three times in raids in every expansion. So I know the work arounds. And currently looking over the new stuff in WOD alpha with how Frost is being more Multistrike than haste but I bet haste is the second stat to think about.

And my logs are not the best at times due to proc rates as frost but the fights where I do proc a lot yeah i can say it's great.

and i did swap for fire for most of Garrosh....BUT the raid leader (Who btw put me on the bench for good) told me to go frost MASTERY. It wasn't until i swapped to frost haste that we killed Garrosh heroic oddly enough

Full haste build or a specific breakpoint?

Haste breakpoint but i went a bit over for the sake of 1.3 second casttimes on my Frostbolt spams ( i think it was 14k break point? I have to look that forum up.). Then mast afterwards. So a mix. If i get the totem then I may go a bit more towards Mastery build. Since pure haste is just stupid.

Plus having 70% mast for elemental rocks with near 50% haste in raid buffs
