The lack of relevant logs come from the recent switch over from tank to DPS.

Revive @ Undermine, not really given a chance to raid. Just recently joined, also the server is very dead
Bladesong @ Zul'jin, started to fall apart and lose steam with progression.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
After watching a few of your kills on Wowprogress your team seems to work very well together. The structure and stability of your team surpasses any that I have been a part of which is what I want. Also the cool, calm and relaxed attitude takes alot of stress out of raiding and helps with successful progression

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
I do enjoy friendly competitiveness, not the extremes of me going rage mode if I keep losing. I tend to play better when I have someone to compete against, especially on the same team, so if there are a few melee DPS pulling more than me then I am out for blood until I am at least topping the majority. After that I try to fine tune everything up so I top the DMG meters while still following mechanics.

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I feel like I'd be a good fit. My personality is pretty passive aggressive, I don't seek drama but I do enjoy some good trolling moments, I do have a dry sense of humour. I am pretty addicted to WoW, it is currently 1 of 2 games, and the only MMO I have installed on my computer, second game being hearthstone. I'm laid back and let alot of stuff roll off my shoulders. I take constructive criticism very well. I do research on my class in order to optimize its full potential, which I am still learning.

I find your dps to be pretty low on Iron Juggernaut, but I can't really find why. You use most of your PS procs, you use OoC procs correctly for the most part, and you seem to snapshot well. The only major problems I see are lack of mangles (you should really only be shredding on OoC procs and during Berserk/high hast situations) and suboptimal Savage Roar uptime. You should be above 95% on any fight regardless. Remember that if you aren't currently attacking the boss, there is generalyl no reason not to spam Savage Roar, so that you come back to the boss with as long of a savage roar buff as possible.

In terms of your UI, where do you track bleed strength?

Hey there, sorry about the delay of response.
The DPS issue I had for the IJ fight was the strategy that we were running, the knockback caused melee to be thrown the furthest away. The run back would/could cause me to reapply a stronger bleed to IJ.
I use Weakauras to track the bleed strength of Rip Rake and Thrash, I also use a Weakaura to track my RoO proc

Hey guys,
just want to through out a quick apology about my shittyness last night, a few factors played into it. Me not being in mumble cause I didn't have the info, nervous over a quick trial decision, and lack of pulls on that fight. I know those are all excuses and that I was the soul cause of them, but I want to assure you that I am not THAT fail. Really just asking for a second chance to trail in with you guys, get my bearings straight and show you that I will be a great asset to your team.
