                               -This screenshot was taken quite a few months back but nothing has really changed. The only thing you can't see is my classtimers which is just under my raid frame. I only use it to track tinket procs and serious cd's.

Your weekly raid availability (Tues/Thurs/Sun 8-12pm EST):  These times work well with my schedule.

What add-ons do you rely on most? DBM and classtimers

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? I occasionally check a few different sites. I mainly use IcyVeins but I'll also use hunters union and elitest jerks. Elitest Jerks isn't very reliable anymore, but I still go to see if they've come up with anything new.

What previous raid experience do you have? I started raiding mid-Firelands and it's been full speed ahead since then. I think we were 5/7H but I was only 4/7H because I was just starting. I really got a good understanding of hunters during DS. That's when I started ranking well and we cleared that (along with everyone else that played the game). This expansion has been quite a let-down for me. My group is extremely unmotivated and only a few of us put effort into the game so with the new patch rolling out soon I feel like it's time to find a new home.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? I joined the game because of my brother and joined TnT. I was with them for about a year and then we merged with my current guild, Los Burritos Banditos. As explained earlier, I'm leaving because my group just isn't putting the effort into raiding and I'm looking for a guild with fast progression.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? Your guild stuck out to me. It's a top-100 10-man guild that's looking for a hunter and I think I'd be a very good fit into the group. Also, I watched a couple of your kill videos and everything seems very well orchestrated and that's appealing to me.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? I am very competitive. I look at raid almost as a competition. I want to do well compared to others in my group, even though the classes aren't balanced so doing well against one class doesn't necessarily mean you did well for your class. I also strive to beat my own records on boss fights. No one likes to plateau on their dps, right?

Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I'm a college student who plans on going to pharmacy school in about a year and I play WoW to pass my free time (and because I really enjoy the game). I'm also an avid swimmer so I'm usually at the pool either swimming or helping out my old swim teams. In terms of wow, ever since I started playing the game a little over two years ago, I have been creating a name for myself. I'm well-known among the high end raiders on my server, though there aren't too many anymore, and I feel like if I really want to reach my full potential then I need to be in an environment of like-minded people. I'm a laid back guy that likes to play a video game and I enjoy helping out in whatever way I can. No drama from me.

Nice troll app. Why you only trying to break your own DPS records? Too easy with gear. No mention of referring to other top parsing Hunters as a resource for improvement, why is that?

Cobane - I'm 2/13 because my group was separate from the group that is 8/13. My original guild merged with my current guild but the groups were still very much separate. That group has had the same 10 people for quite a while now and they aren't looking to bring new people in so I'm looking elsewhere. Also, five of their 8 kills have come within the last month. We were on par with each other but they've achieved a lot in the past several weeks. I do know all the fights they have killed and I've watched the other 5 fights that they haven't killed. And I promise I can outperform the people from that group as well

Yttrius - I didn't say I ONLY try to break my own records. It's not that easy to beat my own records because I've only received like two or three gear upgrades in the past couple months. The app asked if I was competitive and my answer was that I want to do well compared to others in my group. And I can't compare myself to top parsing hunters because of the vast difference in gear, progression, etc. I mean, I can't compare my normal mode kills to their heroic kills. The only hunters that I've followed and still play are kennyloggins from BL and banbann from Rehabilitation Clinic. Banbann's not as well-known but he's from my server and always ranks in the top 50.

Not going to speak for cobane since I'm not a part of his raid group, but if I were you, I probably would of applied to either team Vol'Jin or team NCS since they are closer to your progression and item level.

I looked at the other groups but my goal for a new group isn't a minor upgrade, no offense of course. I can jump into my guilds other group(theoretically) and outperform them and all of a sudden be 8 or 9/13...it all just depends on whether the group knows the fights and is competent enough to do what is needed of them. Basically, I'm looking for a group that will first and foremost clear heroic content before new content. The next thing I look for is a group that will push for a good finish in the tier races. I know I can compete on a high level if given the opportunity, however, if I'm not given that chance then I'll keep the other two teams in mind
