What add-ons do you rely on most? DBM, Hunter timers, are my main focus during raids, Keeping Highest possible DPS while being Raid aware.

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? MMO-champ to know about upcoming changes, and EJ / Self Theory craft. Warcraft hunters union as well.

What previous raid experience do you have?I have been raiding since Sunwell, on and off, I start competitive raiding during TOC, I can't remember the correct ranking of my kills, most my kills from ICC, to DS have been top 150 US or World. I quit wow after DS so I missed MSV / HOF completely, I came back at the start of TOT and got picked up by a guild on Stormscale as I was about to leave to raid on Mal'ganis, i raided with them through all of Regular TOT and the progression i have so far.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Makeout Party, i left because they raid very casual, also had an extremely annoying player who didn't do his job half of the time and causes extra wipes on easy bosses. They are a good group of people but i'm looking to raid a bit more.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I would like a chance to become part of a team again, you guys raid more than my old guild but not so much that i feel like it's a job again. You have to be good players to progress as much as you guys have and i would like a chance to be surrounded by good players once again.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? Yes i am, i like to compete against myself to push myself to the maximum as well as others, i pull my own weight and sometimes the weight of others if needed, i always try to for the best, because anything less than that is a waste.

How do you track your trinket procs? Why not talk to other high-end raiding hunters? Why do you think you'll be successful in jumping from casual to heroic raiding? If you're competitive by nature, why limit yourself to only breaking your previous records when you know there are better records to break?

I have a general timer set for all of them, as well as a warning addon, it's become such a second nature that I forget to really specify what I do. I have talked to a few of them, including Devai (Paragon Hunter). I casually raided heroic, the guild had a late start, i came in with them with 1 regular tot kill, and now theyre 7/13 Heroic, raiding only 6 hours a week. Honestly if we started earlier we would of been rank 1 on the realm, the members were just good players. If you meant "Hardcore" I don't think 3 days a week is a change at all to me. I raided 6 nights a week before at almost 36 hours a week. And I'm not sure how you got that last part, because I said that I thrive to be the best, and being the best includes trying to beat everyone, even though sometimes I can't achieve it, I still try my hardest.

How do you forget what you do when you actively play the game? All you have to do is log in and do something and there it is what you do.

Because as I've said before I have played this game to the point of where it's become a second job and it has become a second nature, especially for hunter because that is the only class I played since day 1. and I was referring to what you guys asked. I didn't forget anything I just don't have to go into all details for you, because honestly if you had me raiding with you, you would understand that I do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. Every time. Now I can't tell you to just trust me on that one, but I can prove it to you. i never been too great at Applications honestly.

Yea, you do have to go into details for us. This is your only chance to make an impression to a guild and let them know you are serious. You're, for lack of a better word, cocky attitude is not the way to go about it, answering the application fully and completely is; even if that means you have to log into the game and look for those little things you have set up that you've had since you started because who knows, maybe that little thing is what will set you apart from other applicants that may come along or that we already have.

If you wanted to prove it to us, you would have done so with your app. It's not like we're asking for your SSN, bank account numbers, how many minutes you play this game daily to what you can to correct a mistake or even how often/how much you comb your own logs to improve for the next day of raiding.

The application is really the only thing we have on you, your word and your 'promise' you can prove it is not enough if you don't spend more than 42 seconds on your application. Make the application the best you can and the questions will be fewer.

That's perfectly understandable and didn't mean to come off as cocky really, I'm just confident in my ability to play this game. But once again good luck to you guys with next tier, I found a home with my old guild on Mal'ganis, sorry for the waste of time. See you guys around ^_^
