Your weekly raid availability (Tues/Wed/Thurs/Mon 6-9:30pm PST):  I plan to and able to make all the Team Vol'jin raid times

What add-ons do you rely on most? used to be omen, now I it would have to be DBM

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? EJ, tankspot, simulcraft

What previous raid experience do you have? I DPS raided T11 with SoA and sub tanked with Veritas.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? I am currently a member of Metalocapolyse, leaving in hopes of joining a guild that raids.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? It was fun to progress with the guild, hoping to relive the experience once more.

Tell us about yourself, to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I enjoy wow, especially hardcore grinding. I am currently working from home and have plenty of time to raid in the after hours. It has been a year since I've last raided and only dinged 90 last week. Since then Ive gotten ilvl 498 gear and cleared LFR. I don't plan to hold back team progression due to my gear, but if there is a spot in normal content raid I can fill, I'll take it for the time being.
What else, I am a Texas Hold'um enthusiast, play with friends on weekends and casino's whenever possible.

1.) At your ilvl you should be running destro instead of demo.
2.) You should reforge everything to Mastery instead of haste. I dont think you have enough for the haste break point.
3.) At your ilvl you should be playing gosup.
4.) You need to be hit capped. 15%. If your having issues use Reforgelite.
5.) Enchant: Boots should be pandarean step. Off hand should be enchant with int. Enchant gloves with mastery.
ALL this will boast ur DPS.

Changing stuff with the gear is going to boast about his DPS for him? Man... I wish my gear would boast about my dps for me! I need to do some research to see what I have to do to make my gear talk so it can vouch for me the next time someone asks about my skill as a player.

For locks it makes a great difference. At his ilvl and if he plays destro if he goes all out in one stat (prefer mastery) it will boost his dps alot. Scattering stats before a high ilvl in locks = wasted stats that won't scale well. If he is considering raiding it would be his best bet. I've played around with to many forms, sim craft and time to know this. Also if you need further help YouTube Sparkuggz warlock videos. He's a warlock from Method that knows what he's talking about and will furthermore elaborate on the few improvents I have for you us fellow locks got each others back!

@Veritas, I checked out Sparkuggz's video, I liked him going into detail and theory-crafting. I'll stick to your advice and stay destro for majority of fights, however keeping demo for those fights where the spec shines.
