What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? WoW Forums, Elitist Jerks
What previous raid experience do you have? I've raided since Vanilla, skipping very little content. Only things I haven't cleared in their time are original Naxx and BWL, BT, Sunwell, and the second half of Hyjal.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? Most recent is Deus Et Machina, it's my own guild, and the guild is no longer raiding. Recruiting members to a dead server is near impossible.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? I'm looking to experience the content at its "hardest" and I feel SoA is the guild that can help me do that.

As I said in the raiding area, I've raided since Vanilla WoW. I'm open to constructive criticism, and I expect people to be the same way. I believe in the idea that everyone needs to be able to improve on themselves and not be afraid to admit when they fuck up. I don't depend on addons, I use them just to give me a slight edge, even without them I can still perform at 100%.
