List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST): Every day of the week, 5PM-1AM PST. I can usually show up earlier as well with advance notice.
What add-ons do you rely on most? VuhDo, ElvUI, ncBiggerMacros (customized), WeakAuras
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? Icy-Veins and my own SimulationCraft testing.
What previous raid experience do you have? Before SoO, 13/13H ToT while it was current. 15/16H in T14 while it was current w/ some pulls on Sha of Fear Heroic.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? The Exiled on Rexxar (guild died due to significant member loss right around the time Blizzard announced 20M raids in WoD). The Unresolved on Terenas after that (guild leader has essentially stopped playing and so many members have quit that we had to drop from 25M to 10M). If you want guilds from before The Exiled I can definitely provide them, but it's going to be a rather long list.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? It's the most promising guild that replied to my post on the Blizzard forums. I want to be a part of a guild that is going to survive the transition to WoD and be competitive going forward, far too many guilds I've been apart of in the past have barely been able to survive the transition between tiers, never mind expansions.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? If anyone I guess I'm competing with anyone it's myself, as I always want to do better than I have previously. I'm not necessarily interested in competing with parses that cheese mechanics and intentionally take more damage just so they have more to heal, but at the same time I find them very interesting to compare to.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I spend most of my time either gaming or programming. I spend a lot of time on reddit and laughing at stupid jokes online with my friends. I don't get out much as I have Asthma and IBS, which makes physically exerting myself positively miserable. If you want somebody to play against in Hearthstone that is terrible at card games, I'm your man.
Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<< I can't say that I do.
