List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST): Im available 4 hours before and 1 hour 30 minutes after end time every day.
What add-ons do you rely on most? DBM, Power Auras.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? H2Priest, Twitch Livestreams of Priest healers, YouTube videos of priests and their perspective of X boss, mostly conversing with high end priests. I spent and expect to spend even more time doing lfr/flex to see what I can do to keep that one person alive longer. I try to take advantage of any edge I can get.
What previous raid experience do you have? 5/14 H MoP. Every WOTLK boss downed. We never progressed onto heroics.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? All throughout WOTLK was The Government. I left due to the guild falling apart at the end of WOTLK. Took a break. I'm now part of Vapor and am leaving because they won't take the time to learn mechanics.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? I want to join a real raiding guild. I don't want to raid normal bosses anymore. Raiding with people that have the same mindset as me is what I'm aiming for.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? I am beyond competitive with myself. I obsess over improving. If there's any variation in my healing, I either did something right or I did something wrong, and I want to find out why.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I have raiding with my friends since I started. I have excelled in every class I have ever played and I feel I excel phenomenally with my Priest. I want to kill stuff after wiping for a bit. The thrill of killing a boss we all hate is something I strive for. Didn't get much of that from killing normal bosses. I have an extremely flexible schedule and usually never miss raids. I also take criticism to heart, but that does not mean I'm easily offended. It's actually very hard to offend me. I strive for improving and criticism puts me that much closer. I criticize myself a lot already. It helps me improve.
