Screenshot of your UI:Old-ish screenshot
This is missing DBM (doesn't show up on a target dummy) and some parts of my Power Auras (most fights have a unique setup).
Edit: Just noticed the screenshot is from before my name/race change.
Your weekly raid availability (We raid Fri/Sat/Sun 4-8 server):
I can make your raid times.
What add-ons do you rely on most?
Power auras and DBM for timers mostly. Power auras helps me keep my relatively-complicated subtlety rotation in check, and DBM allows me to time my DPS cooldowns and defensive cooldowns (feint, CloS) for burn phases and AoE damage.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
Elitist Jerks
What previous raid experience do you have?
No relevant exp during BC (just kara), and in WotLK I was mostly casual. Nearing the end, I joined a slightly higher end guild on my holy paladin (my main at the time) and went 11/12 H around the time they implemented the 25% buff. The guild fell apart due to inactivity from the GM after that.
On my rogue, I went 12/12 and 1/13H before Firelands in a casual raid group. I had a chance to join my guild's main group, which is now 6/7H and pushing through P4 on heroic rag. However, I could not join them due to issues with raid times. I ended up staying with the casual group, which I am still with. We are 7/7 N 2/7 H, but could be much farther if people showed up every week; we had a 2 month span where we were consistently missing 3-4 people every week.
I currently know the fights for 4/7 H (Alys, rhyo, domo, shannox).
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Toot Toot - Dragonmaw. I left because it changed from 25 man to 10 man, and I preferred 25 man raids.
Frenzik - Dragonmaw. Joined with some friends, GM disbanded.
V for Vendetta - Dragonmaw. Joined with the same friends after Frenzik disbanded. We raided sparsely, but felt we were carrying the raid leader (elemental shaman doing 7k dps in T11), so we left to the guild I am in right now.
Epic Chaos - Dragonmaw (current) I feel that I can do better than I am right now. Indeed, my guild leader and the raid leader of Group 1(the 6/7H one) would like to have me in her raid group, but I still can not make the raid times. I am seeking a more serious guild with suitable raid times.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
Honestly, there isn't much for me to say here. I saw your advertisement for a rogue in official forums, and saw a good opportunity for me.
I want to join for mostly pragmatic reasons; you are well progressed and have raid times that are nigh perfect for me. I also really want a legendary dagger before MoP (and at my raid group's pace, that isn't happening).
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I found you through your post on realm forums.
Tell us about yourself, to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
In general, I feel like I play my class very well.
My DPS in raid is often higher than simulations shows it should be. (Simulations created by Aldrianna, the leading rogue theorycrafter).
I have strong raid awareness stemming from my decent PvP background (2200 arena experience).
I play like a hardcore player, but I feel I am held back by my group of mostly casual players. I am both mature and laid back, depending on the situation.
I learn quickly and never repeat my mistakes.
As a person, I like to joke around and have fun, as WoW *is* a video game and should be a source of enjoyment. However, when needed, I can be serious.
Side note: I would love to be modest here, but applications don't really leave much space for modesty.
Thanks for considering me.
Edit #2: I was looking through your other applications, and noticed you said you don't typically accept people under 18. I would like to say that I can definitely be more mature than my age. I hope you can look past that number when considering me.
