What previous raid experience do you have? 8/12 ICC, 12/12 BWD/BoT, 4/13 BWD/BoT, 7/7N FL, 1/7H FL (rhy to 4% and exp on domo)
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving? Current guild is lead by a bunch of teenage boys and they cant commit to a strategy to get progression on a heroic encounter.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
Looking for a guild who can have fun on trash/farm bosses and be serious and focused when needed for progression fights. Also looking for a guild who does things outside raid together if people are online. As well, if someone is new to a fight (obviously researched the fight etc in their own time) they still take time to explain their version/strategy to them and calls things out in vent not just goes in face pulls and then blames the 'pug/new person' for screwing things over then kicks them from the raid.

I go to school during the week on Mondays and Wednesdays for my accounting diploma. I'm taking a cooking class on Tuesdays. Raiding on the weekend means I'll have my homework done during the week and have my weekends all to myself. I also work on Sundays but am 99% of the time going to be home in time for these raids.
