What add-ons do you rely on most? grid quartz tidyplates weakauras

What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class? EJ fourms haste breakpoints etc. Noxxic, WoL to look up top players gems/talents/spells etc.

What previous raid experience do you have? I raided most current content BC/Wrath/cata/MoP couple realm 1st. Corvus/Catch Phrase in MoP #1 on realm with Gurio/Xzand/Oro.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving your current one? Catch Phrase until I had to take a break from raiding. I'm still there, but they left.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)? When I wanted to raid again I asked Oro. He pointed me towards this guild. I have a few friends here and the progression is legit. So Corn likes.

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)? Very competitive against myself, challenging myself to come on top. If I notice another player beating me at my own class I crunch the number and figure out why, fix my errors and become better.

Mistakes are made and fixed. I learn fast. Pretty laid back and open minded IRL I can fix anything! and race four wheelers YEE YEE.

To elaborate a bit more on vouching for Corn:
The first time I raided with him was back near the start of HoF. Oro told me a great healer he knew was leveling up/joining us, which was awesome since we needed another healer. Corn came in for Garalon (this was not farm at the time) with questing blues and honor gear equipped... and basically carried the healing on the fight leading to a kill a few pulls later. Not exaggerating at all.

Throughout ToT and most of SoO, Corn was usually the last guy to get gear; he didn't need it, other people did. And he competed with our other 2 healers (either double disc or disc + holy, nonetheless) without a problem. He listens well, and fixes his shit next pull if a mistake is made. You'll never hear him complain, either. You may hear a YEE YEE though.

Similar to the aforementioned points, when looking at the logs he posted keep in mind he's at a ~547ilvl (most of which is ele gear too).  


(Also: thank god he's not apping on his mage or I'd be benched.)
