I have Epeen Bots links below so that it can be easily seen how I progressed in damage throughout the Tier. Also so you can see how different strategies really had and effect on my damage.

(During Trial my period with Vanquish. They had very different strategies for some fights that in some cases dropped my Damage on some of the encounters I was better at, and in other cases up my damage due to differing utility roles than my previous guild I ran most of Heroic SoO progression with)

(Above are the marks I set while coming up through Heroic SoO Progression. There are specific fights to note here, such as Thok, where my Damage was significantly higher due to strategy difference when compared to the most recent parses from my trial with Vanquish of Sargeras)

List the days you are raid available (Sun-Thurs 8-12pm EST):
Monday-Sunday
6-11PM CST
What add-ons do you rely on most?
Need to Know: Used to track Slice and Dice, Rupture, Revealing Strike debuff, Shadow Blades, Adrenaline Rush.
Boss Mods:(Big Wigs, DBM, etc.) These aren't something I heavily rely on, but do assist in maintaining awareness. Used in conjunction with Weak Auras 2.
Weak Auras 2: Used for notifications of encounter mechanics. Buffs, and De-Buffs.
oRA3: To track raid cooldowns.
What resources do you use to keep up to date on how to play your class?
I spend time reading through Elitist Jerk Forums, when it is active. The Rogue forums have been iffy for this. Icy-Viens is something I skim through from time to time to see if any hidden gems are lying around. (tend not to find much) Personal contacts with some of the most experience and highest skilled Rogues in the US and World. I personally have Killars and BTY of Duality on realid to occasionally discuss Rogue mechanics and strategies. I learned most of how to play a Rogue through Killars. (note: UI layout is essentially exactly what Killars uses. Its clean and functional.) I prefer direct theorycrafting with fellow players through mumble and game chat, and during progression content I am always seeking out new sources of information on playstyle, tips/tricks for encounters, and anything else that would help me perform at my peak.
What previous raid experience do you have?
Casually raided throughout Burning Crusade as a DPS Warrior. Completed all T4 content, and most of the T5 content. Wasn't big into raiding at this time, but I had a taste.
In WotLK, I continued playing a DPS Warrior with more interest in raiding. I began slowly making my way up the progression rate chain and by the end of WotLK was working through progression on Heroic Lich King. Made it through to Phase 3 progression with Bless the Martyr before work and life too precedent.
I took a break during Cataclysm. I only played casually as a member of Siege, a top 50 US ten man guild at the time. I surrounded myself with strong players so that when I was capable of returning I had good resources at my finger tips.
I returned with the launch of Mist of Pandaria. Struggled to find a new guild due to Siege falling apart after the first tier, and having no need for a DPS Warrior. I took a short break during the early stages of ToT, and returned on my Rogue after spending time learning to play the class. I finished out Normal ToT with a handful of Heroic encounters downed before the release of Siege. I was with a guild known as I I I for normal SoO "Progression". Completed 13/14 Heroic with Systematic of Zul'jin with a pre-nerf kill of Siegecrafter Blackfuse. Obtained my Heroic Garrosh kill with Vanquish in April during a trail period with them.
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
I I I -Zul'jin: This guild was, at first, a fun guild with a semi-hardcore vibe, but it lacked the progression movement forward that I was looking for. There were also some leadership problems with the guild. I departed on my own accord to avoid needless drama.
Systematic-Zul'jin: I was very happy with this guild and stuck with it until its last gasping breath to hang onto what was left of the raid team that pushed very close to obtaining a US Top100 Heroic Garrosh kill. After downing Heroic Paragons the guild started losing some key players. There were also some bad eggs in the group that were intent on causing the guild to fall apart. Left once the guild was down to only a handful of Raiders.
VANQUISH: Was with them for 3 weeks during a trial period. It didn't workout. Wasn't given a direct reason, but had the feeling that the GM didn't like me.
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I am looking for a guild that will be pushing progression at a strong rate when the expansion drops. I like being a part of a team of strong players. I learn more and develop better skill. Though I feel my skill is up to par, there is always something to learn. Especially, when becoming apart of a new group of raiders.
Simply put, I am first and foremost applying because I want to be an integral part of the raid team and the progression. Secondly, I am applying to be apart of a well established group. And finally I want to learn and become a better player.
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?
I was contacted by Tenebrus on the WoW Guild Recruitment Forums.
Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
I am very competitive. I first compete with myself, I am always looking to do better than I have in the past. I then aim to play better than those that are better than myself. this comes second because I know that I am better than some players out there, but not all of them. My goal is to one of the best Rogues in the world. I have been making that steady progression upward, and fully believe I can be up at the top.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks):
I'm like to think I am a pretty laid back guy. I enjoy helping others learn, especially when it comes to World of Warcraft. I do at times get questioned on how to play a Rogue. It makes me happy that people see me as a good source. So I in return do my best to set, those seeking to learn, up for success. I give them my insight, then direct them to follow the players I follow, and to also ask them questions. I feel this helps improve the overall playerbase.
Outside of the game I am pretty out going. I run long distance for fun, currently training for a half-marathon. I am a computer tech by trade. And though I love helping people. Telling the same person 1500 times to turn the power strip they kicked off back on, does get a little irritating.
If you can't tell by now, I tend to write a lot of TL'DR excerpts.
Bonus question >>Do you attend couple's cross-stitching?<<
If I had a woman in my life that was Amazing enough overall that I would find the time to attend couple's cross-stitching worth the time. Sure. Why not? I mean if you had a chance to date Kate Upton as long as you went to couples cross-stitching, wouldn't you go?
