What previous raid experience do you have?
11/14HM in SoO only notable exp, i started playing in Cata, and started heroic raiding in Cata, did not really break into actually progressing untill i transferred to Area52
What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Most recently Death By Lag (Shamman) and they are not a serious heroic raiding guild, they are only casual
Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
This guild looks like a great place for anyone to be really. Good progression and from what i heard over twitch some very level headed people. That being said it seems like a place any player could grow given the opportunity and given they are good with criticism lol
How did you find us (Friend,Forum,Trade Chat,Officer, etc.)(specify)?

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
Im competitive on both ends, to improve myself and others and also to beat others! we all like to be on top but its more important that the group as a whole is on top

well im a pretty laid back guy, construction worker and stoner. i work a lot but it very RARELY come in conflict with raid and ill always alert ppl ahead of time if thats hte case. I LOVE to raid, its really the only reason i play this game....to progress and see it all.
