Other than advice from top ranked and progressed friends and players, mostly self testing on the PTR / Beta.
What previous raid experience do you have?
Vanilla - Elunes Faithfull (Elune) = full vanilla clear with a top 50 World guild. Warrior
BC - Elunes Faithfull (Elune) / Fallen (Trollbane) = All kills top 20 US, including #6 world pre-nerf Mu'ru kill. Warrior
WotLK - Fallen (Trollbane) / Onslaught (Trollbane) = All server first, top 50 US, including US 18 25m HLK. Ranked 14 DK US.
Cata - Stuck on Uldaman (Uldaman) / Blood Legion (Illidan) = US 22 10m Ala'kir US 18 10m Sinestra / US #1 Spine / Madness. Hunter / SPriest
MOP - Tyranny (Shattered Hand) = finished tier 16 US 19 25m. (had to take a break with the birth of my daughter, missed most of t14/15 progression)

Are you competitive by nature? If so, who do you compete against (Yourself or others? Specifiy other)?
All of the above. I enjoy pushing myself to be better than everyone I can be, that being said I'm definitely not the best player, but I'm going to be the guy that pushes himself to beat as many people as possible.
Tell us about yourself to help us determine if you would be a good fit here (The more you put here, the better it looks): I bring mass experience, extreme drive to improve, and the ability to adapt faster than most.
