I talk to other top ele shamans, as well as MMO, and check logs.

What previous raid experience do you have?
11/13HM last tier 25man, 13/16HM tier prior, 8/8HM is DS always been a raider since Release.

What guilds have you been a member of and why are you leaving?
Coalition, Left for a RL friend
Paradise, Left cause of Drama, lack of leadership
Away. Left due to them going 10man from 25man
Then guilds i have made over the years.
Humble in BC, Left to elitest people.

Why do you want to join Shade of Arrows (Be thorough with your answer)?
I have talked to the GM quite a bit today and You seem to have the same mentality in your guild that I am looking for.

I have been a GM / RL for most of my 10 year wow life, I have 22 90s so play this game way more then i should. I am a stay at home dad now that I have gotten out of the military. I am very dedicated to guild and feel that i can help you progress to the next level.

Why are you over hit capped? and why are you using spirit enchant on your legs instead of crit? this would bring your hit down a bit.

I just need to switch that, i had got a new peice of gear which put me over, other then that theres no other way to get down my hit with my current gear.

May I suggest https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow that will help you optimize the most out of you gear, and if you don't like you you can always adjust the weights. Also I would like to see current logs. I was unable to look at any of your logs in detail due to them being expired. Have you been raiding on a different character?

Yeah I made mastery your highest stat on ask mr robot and you are optimized.

I actually would like to ask you a question about your UI. I see the top row of your hot key appear to be unbound, do you click all of those abilities?

I also see your off spec is resto. How are you at healing, and with the proper gear do you feel you can switch back and fourth and perform well?

These questions are all ok, but the real question is, what would you do for a Klondike bar?

Yes i click those, Yes i could heal just fine if i had the proper gear and I will not suck your D*** for a Klondike bar, i know thats what you where getting at!

You should really bind them and get used to it. Its much more difficult to play a character effectively while having to click. especially short cds and things like ghost wolf!
