We're going to invite you on the in-game calendar for trial this week.

Nalladar should be posting questions and comments about your application eventually.

Details about ranks can be found on our website. In short, if you make 87.5% raid attendance (or higher) for one month, your rank is "Raider." If you make less than 87.5% attendance during the month, your rank is "Casual." The ranks reset at the end of each month based on attendance.

Raiders have priority on loot and raid spots (as long as group composition allows). Everyone posts a Gear List for their Best In Slot gear, and if an item drops that is your BIS, you have priority on that item.

We do not just 'hand out ranks.' After your trial period, if you are accepted into the guild you are Initiate rank. Then based on your raid attendance for the month, you will be promoted to Casual or Raider.

Let us know if you have questions.

    Hello there fellow hunter-

    Please answer the following questions.

    1. What is your rationale for taking one point in the focused aim talent?

    2. Any DPS class needs to worry about control and survival before you worry about DPS. Name some situations in ICC, that as a hunter, you would have a specific job that would come before DPS. (What may you be focusing on instead of DPS?)

    3. I see that you use www.femaledwarf.com. According to the site there is a way to move just one talent point in your build that will give you over a 500 dps increase with all the best buffs and debuffs. Can you tell me what move that would be?

    4. This is a two part question. Why would Tuskarr's Vitality be a theoretical DPS increase over your current boot enchant? Why would engineering's rocket boots be a DPS increase over your current boot enchant?

    5. I see that some of your red gems are ARP and some of your red gems are AGL. Why do you gem both?

Thank you for your time. Feel free to hit me up in game or on here with any questions that you have.

    1. At the time, putting the one point into Focused Aimed was basically a waste point in my thought. After looking at question 3, I have revised that decision and started looking around. It also brought to my attention that the talent really is only good for trash where you may get attacked while casting Steady Shot.

    2. Two big situations would definitely Blood Princes and Sindragosa. With the Blood Princes, the hunter's are usually assigned the duty of keeping the Kinetic Bombs from touching the floor, due to instant shots and included DoT. Therefore, my DPS has been mainly focused on the Kinetic Bombs, rather than boss. For Sindragosa, ice block positioning is something that everyone needs to keep in mind. May not be difficult in the first 2 swapping phases, but in the 3rd phase, positioning the block is the most important thing, where you usually have the enrage timer still at 3+ minutes usually.

    3. After looking over my build and taking into thought of your first question, I found that "Go for the Throat" point showed significant damage. At first I was a little hesitant due to the fact that 25 focus didnt seem much and also my pet is pretty consistent at dieing...

    4. Tuskarr's Vitalitly to begin with, has never been an enchant I've used as a DPS class. I dont see how having a little more health and a small speed increase would increase my DPS rather than having +32 AP. I have used rocket boots in the past when I was agility gemmed MM, I got rid of it due too much crit where my DPS was being affected. I havent thought of switching it back after ArP. Knowing I lack in Crit %, I may look back into it because 24 crit rating can make a difference.

    5. I gem both ArP and Agility because I have tested that after having 1100 ArP, that is a good number where you can raise your AP and Crit. The thing with going ALL ArP is that you have shotty Crit chances and that your AP starts to sink with it. I have noticed a DPS change since doing so. I have tried ArP proc trinks (i.e. Needle Encrusted) and they dont proc too often (seeing that Needle Encrusted was a chance on CRIT, where I didnt have too much) and it wasn't consistent DPS.

Good job. You will be happy to hear that I have converted our healers and they do heal pets so your pet will be dieing less, and 25 focus is huge seeing how often you crit with full raid buffs. Tuskarr's vitality would be a dps increase for two reasons. Being an ARP MM your dps stinks when your on the move so the faster you move to your new spot the more dps you can do. Also the faster you move out of the bad the less dmg you take and a dead dps is no dps. For a side note the top raiding guilds in the world actually require all their raiders to have some kind of movement increase. As for the rocket boot enchant it's a straight dps increase according to www.femaledwarf.com. As for question 5 your response does make since, I just noticed when you plugged more ARP into www.femaledwarf.com your dps was a little higher but I have not tried this out in practice.

Okay Wink As for question 5, I just plugged the gems in and it says there will only be about a 14 DPS increase if I gem all ArP. I gemmed some Agility to keep my Crit up, when all my gems are ArP my crit drops significantly. The difference between having the low crit with high ArP and good crit with the 1100 ArP, is that ArP is most successful with crits and really relies on crits or else your overall DPS falls. With having the higher percentage of critting per shot with the 1100 ArP combo seems more valuable than regemming all ArP for only an approx 14 DPS increase, where there is still a significant less of a chance to crit, determining the DPS.

I see your logic, but all this randomness can be mathed out (it's just a replicatable dice roll). So while you may think that critless attack streaks will average out to lower dps, it will not.
